The Amenity Center at SpringHouse Village was designed to provide recreational activities and a communal space for residents of the neighborhood to gather. G Brown Design worked with Oakwood Homes and the Design/Build team to provide design development through construction period services. Some of the program elements incorporated into the design include:

- Hot Tub
- Swimming Pool Deck with Lounge Chairs
