G Brown Design provided preliminary planning and design services to Rio Tinto/Kennecott Land for a park located in Village II of the Daybreak Community. G Brown Design Developed preliminary design options and illustrative plans that were finalized into the Brookside Park Master Plan. The master plan was then used to develop detailed drawings and construction documents for bidding and construction. G Brown Design’s services also included Bidding and Construction Period Services.
