G Brown Design worked with Blalock and Partners Architects to develop the landscape and irrigation design for the Flats on Richards Multi-Family Housing Project.

The Amenity Center at SpringHouse Village was designed to provide  recreational activities and a communal space for residents of the neighborhood to gather. G Brown Design worked with Oakwood Homes and the Design/Build team  to provide design development through construction period services. Some of the program elements incorporated into the design include:

• Swimming Pool
• Hot Tub
• Swimming Pool Deck with Lounge Chairs
• Patio with Custom String Lighting
